    Space allocation and personnel relocation are recurring issues made more complex by the equipment and materials associated with research and the complex backfill issues triggered by new construction and departmental consolidation.     Typical steps in managing projects include:

    • Project Planning - Interviews, pre-planning meeting and scheduling workshop, action item lists and reports, budget development.
    • Project Coordination - Project meetings with stakeholders in groups and in sub-committees
    • Move Planning - Detailed move sequence plans, phase plans, employee and FF&E move database, orientation sessions, packets, newsletters, mover RFP, selection, contracting, and supervision.
    • FF&E Management - Timeline development, installation coordination and supervision, vendor selection and coordination, assist with removal of FF&E from emptied spaces.
    • Move Supervision - On-site PMs, hot line, post-move punch list and evaluation.
