Methodology

Carrying out a detailed and thorough visual inspection  of the building and its installations to establish:
  • The condition of the building and its service installations
  • Compliance with standards
  • Extent of remedial works required and
  • Comment upon remaining risks of non-exhaustive checks and investigations.
