In South Africa, AOS Studley signs a partnership contract with the company AKWABA. Based in Johannesburg, this exclusive partner will represent AOS Studley on sub-Saharan territories and South Africa.

In northern Europe, the Stockholm-based company Tenant & Partner is AOS Studley new exclusive partner. This company will represent AOS Studley in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

Both AKWABA and Tenant & Partners offer the whole AOS Studley scope of services, from tenant rep to workspace fit-out and workplace consulting.

AOS Studley's new partner is the Moscow-based company Inov'Office. Directed by Arnaud Benoit, this company will represent AOS Studley on all the real estate projects carried out in Russia. Innov'Office teams will be able to deliver the full AOS Studley scope of services, from tenant rep to workspace fit-out and project management.

AOS Studley India Joint Venture has eventually opened for business in Mumbai.
The office has great ambition for the future: A fast devel-opment of the business with openings planned in the cit-ies of Pune, New Delhi and Bangalore in the coming 18 months. Another objective for 2015 is to become the 3rd real estate advisor in India.

AOS Studley headquarters in Levallois-Perret, along with the AOS UK offices in London and AOS-CSH offices in Spain have succeeded with their ISO 14001 accreditation. This ensures that these offices have put into place an effective Environmental Management System as well as best practices in sustainability. This success reflects the AOS Studley group global commitment towards sustainable development issues and the quality of service provided to its clients across the world.

The team consists of two people and will develop the Real Estate Services activity in Germany, in addition to the Project Management activity already provided by the other offices. The office will be directed by Henning Hempel, who has a strong Corporate Real Estate experience having worked for the ThyssenKrupp company.

The London office will trade as AOS Spring4 and complete the strategic link to make AOS a global group where Spring4 will provide the essential transactional skills to complement AOS Group's London workplace solutions team. Through the wider Group, AOS Spring4 will support the global office structure.

On 22nd September, AOS Studley welcomed 500 guests to celebrate the inauguration of its new headquarters, located in Levallois-Perret (92). The group had moved into this building last March, representing a reflection of its identity and know-how where innovation and design trends are everywhere. Clients and AOS teams spent the evening together and could enjoy both a game with the n°1 chess player in France, Maxime Vachier-Lagrave, and a live art performance by Nicolas Radonov. It was also the occasion to celebrate AOS Studley ISO 14001 certification, which strengthens its commitment towards sustainable development.
