Context

SwissLife, one of the leading companies in the insurance sector, wanted to consolidate all its teams previously located across various sites onto a single site in Levallois-Perret. The main goal was to improve efficiency as well as synergies among employees. Swisslife also took advantage of this occasion to put into place alternative ways of working (desksharing for some employees), a first in the Insurance sector.

Objectives

Help Swisslife find a workplace that was adapted to its needs in terms of cost optimization, strengthening of team pride and workspace flexibility.
Accompany Swisslife employees throughout the project (needs analysis, workshops, information about new ways of working, site visits etc.).

Results

  • Swisslife HQ reflects the group brand image and matches both management and employee expectations
  • Desksharing is experienced by some departments of the group before a possible extension to other services. It is the first time such alternative workspaces have been put into place in an insurance company.
