Lear Electronics

Context :

The American automotive supplier "Lear Electronics Technology Corporation" has decided to locate their production unit with a total area of 14,300 sqm in Technopolis Rabat-Salé. The development of the production unit will require an investment of 140 million MAD.

Objectives :

Casanearshore SA, an offshore and engineering division Medz Group and a subsidiary of CDG Development, is responsible for building the future factory. AOS Morocco has been selected by Casanearshore SA as the Project Manager to provide assistance, support and to coordinate the realization of the project within the agreed time and budget.

  • Project Management of the construction and implementation of the project
  • Management of Design and companies involved
  • Financial management of the project
  • Finalization and validation of the correspondence of APD studies with the TECHNOPOLIS / LEAR program
  • Monitor Design Phase and quality control during realization phase
  • Manage handover and snagging/defaults
