Context

While consolidating all facility suppliers (into an IFM model), GSK Bio required a better control on the cost, quality and client satisfaction regarding all facility services delivered in Belgium.

Objectives

After defining the scope of this Global Service Review project, AOS Studley discussed a standard set of KPI’s

Methodology

AOS developed in detail the KPI formula, target , data sources and   frequency.
These KPI’s were then implemented by AOS and performed first baseline measurements of the KPI’s.

Results

AOS has given an objective and simple evaluation of the total performance within facilities and hence allowed GSK to maintain the performance when consolidating it’s suppliers.
