Context

BMS was moving 130 people within Moscow from their current office  location to a new building.

Objectives

  • 6 weeks before the fixed moving date BMS had just briefly started to prepare the move
  • The new office was still under construction with the fit out works

Methodology

Provide BMS with professional guidance, templates and tools to manage their move, including:
  • Develop a  Move Checklist
  • Assist in the procurement process for Move Company
  • Identify Client Move Principals
  • Create a move schedule
  • Develop and agree labelling protocols and procedures
  • Advice on coordinating suppliers
  • Support with Invoice verification

Results

Due to the excellent preparation of the move the actual move went very smooth and  BMS could start  the business without major incidence right after.
