AOS Studley

Context

In 2010, AOS Studley decided to move its Headquarters. The initial issue consisted of defining the place that would bring a sense of direction for AOS Studley and which would reflect the particular perception of space which is written in its genetic code. Being specialized in real estate advice, project management and workplace consulting itself, the challenge was to create a workspace adapted to its needs, as its teams are used to doing for their clients.

Objectives

  • Create a workspace adapted to AOS Studley’s needs in terms of area optimization, typologies of spaces and exchanges among the teams
  • Put into place alternative ways of working, reflecting AOS Studley know-how and innovative approach in redefining office spaces for its clients
  • Combine well-being at work and efficiency through a workplace adapted to every employee

Résults

The new HQ is a success as both employees and external visitors are seduced by the concept and the various types of space available. In addition, the design and fit-out reflects AOS Studley itself.
AOS Studley has been awarded « Best Workplaces 2012 ».
