City of Leuven - New City Hall
The city of Leuven occupies his new city hall since last year. Different services spread over several buildings merged now into one building. If you would like to know more about the history of the project and the features of the city hall you can read the little book the city of Leuven decided to release for the occasion. AOS Studley guided and advised the city of Leuven through the different stages of this challenging project:
- Need analysis and Analyse of the current (now past) real estate situation
- Analyse of different scenario's to select a new site
- Advise on the financial structure of the acquisition of the building
- Management of the construction works
- Definition of the workplace and counter concepts
- Design of the workplace and the public environment
- Tendering for the fit out works
