AOS Studley worked for the new HQ of the IPM press group (La Libre Belgique, La Dernière Heure, ...) as Lead Project Manager (17.000 m² with 2 levels of parkings & 4 office levels of which 2 will be dedicated to IPM).

AOS Studley assisted IPM in the realisation of the call for tender for the financing of this project; this tender was won by Fortis Lease & ING Lease. The building concept was developed by Beauvoir Architects and is refurbished by CIT Blaton & Louis De Waele.

AOS Studley was in charge of the general project coordination and has to develop a new work environment (workplace consulting, interior design, space planning).

AOS Studley also coordinated the relocation from the former building to this new location.
