AOS Studley launches new offices in Spain, Morocco and Italy

AOS Studley, the 100% tenant-dedicated firm, has just launched two new offices in Spain and Morocco.

AOS bought the Spanish firm ADYTON ASSET in order to set up AOS Spain.
For 5 years, Adyton Asset has been on the Spanish market as a real estate brokerage firm. This acquisition is a way for AOS to extend its Real Estate Consulting and Services to Spain. 
AOS Spain has now 4 employees under Myriam Freval's management.

In Morocco, AOS built a joint-venture with FINANCECOM holding in order to buy 50% of CAPADVISE shares, which belongs to Financecom. This holding is a leading financial group in Morocco, which activities are mainly centred on banking and insurances.
This new structure is located in Casablanca and named AOS Studley Morocco. Chakib Guessous is the General Manager for this office which has 8 employees.

In Italy, a new AOS subsidiary is under construction. This new office will open before the end of Q1, and will be dedicated to real estate services.
